上海总厨俱乐部正式成立于2006年6月3日,隶属于上海餐饮行业协会。上海总厨俱乐部的宗旨是:团结广大活跃在上海餐饮工作第一线的广大中外籍总厨(总监)。宣传弘扬他们各自的技艺业绩、提高和发扬总厨的厨艺、厨德,维护他们整体的权益,共同探索上海餐饮品牌的提升,打造具有“海纳百川”之称上海国际大都市的精品菜点。加强联系,增进友谊,相互交流,共同进步,弘扬总厨们在上海餐饮业的作用。同时上海总厨俱乐部又是总厨们的温馨大家庭,展示厨艺和管理的大平台。

1、 由本市知名中外酒店、品牌餐饮企业等技术领军人物——总厨(含:行政总厨、技术总监、厨师长等)为主,按照平等自愿原则组成的群众性非营业性非独立的社会组织,隶属于上海餐饮行业协会。
Made by technical people who come from Famous China and Foreign countries’ hotel, brand restaurant enterprise etc.- General Chef (including: executive chef, technical director, head chef). It is a multitude, nonprofit and dependence social organization which is formed according to equality and unconstraint principle. It is subordinate to Shanghai Food Line Association.
2、 本俱乐部代表和维护本行业的共同利益,维护俱乐部会员的合法权益,为会员服务,为行业服务,为促进烹饪技术、管理技术交流,宣传推广厨房设备和调味品的品牌,发挥桥梁和纽带作用。
This club represents and maintains mutual benefits of own industry, legal rights and interests of club members. Club serves for members and industry and aims to improve cooking skill and communication about managing skill, promote and extend kitchen equipments and brand of seasonings. 第一章 总则
Term 1 General Rule
第一条 上海总厨俱乐部 网站_____ 英文名称为:_______(缩写为______ )。

第二条由本市知名中外酒店、品牌餐饮企业等技术领军人物——总厨(含:行政总厨、技术总监、厨师长等)为主,按照平等自愿原则组成的群众性非营业性非独立的社会组织,隶属于上海餐饮行业协会。
Item 2 Formed by technical people who come from Famous China and Foreign countries’ hotel, brand restaurant enterprise etc.- General Chef (including: executive chef, technical director, head chef). 第三条 本俱乐部的宗旨是:在遵守国家法律和政策的前提下,团结广大活跃在上海餐饮工作第一线的广大中外籍总厨。反映这批烹饪技术领军人物的愿望,宣传弘扬他们各自的技艺业绩、提高和发扬总厨的厨艺、厨德,维护他们整体的权益,共同探索上海餐饮品牌的提升,打造具有“海纳百川”之称上海国际大都市的精品菜点。加强联系,增进友谊,相互交流,共同进步,弘扬总厨们在上海餐饮业的作用。
Item 3 the tenet of this club: Under precondition of obeying country’s law and policy, make friendship amid China and foreign countries’ chefs who worked actively in the first line of Shanghai restaurants. Reflect those top technical chefs’ wishes, promote their own outstanding achievements and skills, improve and develop cooking skills and morals of chefs, maintain their unitary rights and interests. Explore the ways to improve the brand of Shanghai restaurant; set up delicacy courses which fit the name of International city-Shanghai (the city includes all kinds of things). Enhance contact, improve friendship, communicate each other, make progress together and extend the effects of those chefs in the industry of Shanghai restaurants.

第二章 本俱乐部的活动内容
Term 2 Activities of this club
第一条 定期开展烹饪技艺的交流、学术探讨,收集厨业行业的信息。扩大烹饪技术领军人物业绩的宣传力度。
Item 1 Develop communication of cooking skills and technical discussion regularly; collect information of cooking industry. Expand the promotion of those leading technical chefs’ outstanding achievement.
第二条 组织各技术工种的专题培训、技术服务、学术研讨、考察工作、研发并推广新品种、新工艺、新设施、新设备。
Item 2 Organize kinds of special training on cooking skill, service, discussion, exploration, study and new products’ promotion.
第三条 进行厨师行业的调查研究,向会员提供经营管理的成功经验,协助搞好行业经营与管理。
Item 3 Make study and research of chef industry; provide successful experience of operation management for members. Cooperate to well operate and manage this industry.
第四条 宣传弘扬总厨们在餐饮行业的发展经验及业绩。
Item 4 Publicize and promote chefs’ development experiences and performance.
第五条 帮助会员所在单位或酒店餐饮部门分析经营状况、提供技术人员、菜品设计、创新及餐饮营销方案。

第三章 会员
Term 3 Members
第一条 本俱乐部的会员由个人会员组成,申请加入本会的成员必须具备下列条件:
Item 1 Members of this club are composed by individual member; the people who apply to join this club must meet following requirements:
1) 认同俱乐部的宗旨和拥护本协会章程
Acknowledge tenet of the club and advocate the club’s regulation
2) 有加入本俱乐部的意愿
Have a wish to join the club
3) 必须是各酒店、品牌企业的技术领军人物,具备担任总厨能力的专业人员
Must be technical leading chefs of every hotel and brand enterprise; special person who has capability to be general chefs.
4) 入会成员必须要通过本俱乐部经主席(主任)会议的一半以上的考核通过方可入会。
Members must pass assessment which is made in chairperson meeting after one year and half.
第二条 会员享有下列权利:
Item 2 Members have following rights:
(1) 有选举权、被选举权和表决权
Have rights to vote, be voted and express their decision
(2) 有参加俱乐部有关活动的权利并享受俱乐部提供的有关服务
Have the rights to attend club’s activities and enjoy the service provided by club.
(3) 有对俱乐部工作实行监督及提建议和批评的权利
Have the rights to monitor, suggest and criticize the implementation of the club.
(4) 有入会自愿、自由退会的权利
Have the rights to join or quit on free will.
第三条 会员应履行的义务:
Term 3 Members’ obligation:
(1) 遵守俱乐部的总则,执行俱乐部的各项决议
Obey club’s general rule, implement club’s all kinds of decision.
(2) 出席重要的会议时要着统一的服装
Dress uniform when attend important meeting.
(3) 必须要有无私的奉献精神,完成本俱乐部委派的志愿任务
Self-giving dedication spirit is necessary. Finish volunteer assignments which are appointed by the club.
(4) 维护俱乐部的权益,提高俱乐部的声誉
Maintain the rights and interests of club, improve the reputation of club.
(5) 参加俱乐部组织的各项活动,经常反映情况,提出建议
Attend all kinds of activities which were organized by club, give feedback and suggestion frequently.
(6) 按规定缴纳会费。
Pay membership fees by rule.
(7) 接受本俱乐部的评议和调解。不组织、不参与有损本俱乐部的一切活动。
Accept club’s appraisal and intercession. Do not organize or attend activities which might damage club.
第四条 会员的退会
Item 4 Members quit the club
(1) 会员应提出书面申请,提交俱乐部秘书处
Member apply to quit by written, Then hand in to club’s secretary.
(2) 如无特殊原因、二年内不参加俱乐部的活动,可视为自动退会
If member does not attend club’s activity without any special reason, it will be assumed that one quits the club on one’s free will.
(3) 因种种原因,离开餐饮工作第一线或不再担任一定的职务的应劝其退会
Because of some reasons, member left work in first line of restaurant industry or was never in charge of stated duty; club will persuade he/ she to quit.
(4) 无故不执行俱乐部决议的,经主席团表决除名(必须将会员证交回协会)。
Do not implement club’s decision without reasons, Chairmen Group will vote to decide elimination (member must return the member card to club).
(5) 凡自动退会和予以除名的,会费不予退还。
The person quit by own free will or is eliminated by club, the membership fees would not be refunded.
第四章 组织和领导机构
Term 4 Organization and leadership system
第一条 每年定期召开会员大会、俱乐部决议须经到会会员半数以上表决通过方能生效
Item 1 Hold members’ convention every year regularly. The club’s decision will be valid only after get more than half members’ votes.
第二条 俱乐部主席团是俱乐部工作的执行机构,领导本俱乐部开展工作,在主席团的名额中,国企单位、宾馆酒店、民营企业的成员应各占一定的比例。
Item 2 Chairman Group is the implementation organization during club’s work. Chairmen Group will lead club to develop work. The quota of member from Public companies, hotel, restaurant and private companies of Chairmen Group will take stated proportion each.
第三条 俱乐部的主席团成员由会员选举产生,主席1人,由主席团成员选举产生;主席团会议由主席主持,每月一次,讨论并决议俱乐部有关事务。主席团会议的决议由主席团成员分别落实到有关会员,并督促每位会员严格遵守。一般情况下,主席任期两年,可连选连任;特殊情况也可中途改选。
Item 3 Club Chairmen Group members will vote the chairman, one of chairman will be voted from Chairmen Group, The Chairmen Group meeting will be hosted by chairman once a month. Things related to club’s decision will be discussed in Chairmen Group meeting. Chairman will carry out the decisions made by Chairmen Group meeting and inform related members and also urge each member to obey it strictly. Term of duty of chairman is 2 years usually, can be reappointed; it also could be reselected in midway for special case.
第四条 本俱乐部的最高权力机构是会员大会,其职权是选举主席团成员;决策俱乐部重大事项。主席团负责具体执行。
Item 4 Club’s most top power organization is members’ convention, the authority is to vote members of Chairmen Group and make decisions for important issues; the chairmen group is in charge of implementation.
第五条 本俱乐部主席团职权是:

(1) 制定和修改本俱乐部章程。
Set up and modify club’s regulation
(2) 任免秘书长
Appoint and remove of secretary-general
(3) 制定俱乐部每年的工作计划,将落实情况向会员大会报告。
Set up club’s working plan each year, report to members’ convention about implementation situation.
第六条 本俱乐部秘书长职责是:负责主持俱乐部的日常事务。
Item 6 The responsibility of club’s secretary-general: Be in charge of club daily operation.
第七条 关心和支持本俱乐部的老领导,在全国烹饪(餐饮)界有重要影响的知名人士或对
本俱乐部有突出贡献的人士,可推荐为本俱乐部名誉主席。
Item 7 Care of and support club’s elder leader. The well-known people in national cuisine (restaurants) or the people made an outstanding dedication for club could be recommended as club’s reputation chairman
第五章 会费标准
Term 5 Standard membership fees
会员会费:每年六百元人民币。必须在本年度内缴纳,两年不缴纳会费视作自动退会
Membership fees: each year six hundreds CNY, which has to be submitted within the year. Any member shall be regarded as voluntary resignation from membership if failing to pay membership dues for 2 years.
第六章 附则
Item 6 Supplementary articles
第一条 本章程经第一届一次会员大会表决通过,并经上海餐饮行业协会批准后生效。
Item 1 This regulation will be voted in First members’ convention and valid after get approval of Shanghai Restaurant Industry Association.
第二条 本章程的解释权归本俱乐部主席团。重大事项须经上海餐饮行业协会同意。
Item 2 The final explanation of this regulation belongs to club Chairmen Group meeting, the important event must be agreed by Shanghai Restaurant Association.
第七章 本俱乐部的经费来源:
Item 7 Source of club’s outlay
(1) 会费收入

(2) 赞助和捐赠。

(3) 有偿服务收入。
Income from profit service
(4) 培训交流活动收入。

(5) 其他合法收入。
